welcome!

this is the first blog of the raymonddifley.com relaunch…i’m very excited to have the site refreshed with all current and available works, a picture of me working in the studio, this blog and a few other additions and surprises. one addition is the opportunity for site viewers to leave comments or thoughts about a painting or the blog one the painting pages, just scroll down.

first off i’d like to thank nicole hanusek (smackhappydesign.com) for converting the site to wordpress for me (in trade)…having the site in wordpress will enable me to update everything from my blog to adding new paintings frequently and easily!

you may be wondering what I’ve been doing with my summer…well, not a lot of painting, but still productive…I finished my elusive media kit (a detailed artist packet), and sent out three to galleries (sf, santa fe and sacramento), more to follow soon).

you’ll also notice on the blog page there are three headers: news, shows and paintings. there will/are updates in all three…you can click on the header to open a new page for each.
